2. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds for service-based projects (such as SEO, website development, or app development) are only considered under specific conditions, including:

The service has not been initiated within 10 business days after payment.
Duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
An unauthorized transaction was made and reported within 48 hours of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
